Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent out immediately. A second email is sent with tracking number once your order is being packaged and getting ready to be sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS first class.

Standard processing and shipping: 2-5 business days

Returns and exchanges

Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

International orders 

We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties import are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Monkey’n Around LLC and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Monkey’n Around LLC is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
